Work
Our portfolio is our own stack — five systems on one memory substrate, built, deployed, and verified by the team that runs them.
Start yours§00 — The instrument above
The field behind this page obeys the wave equation.
A damped scalar field lives on the hexagonal lattice — ∂²u/∂t² = c²∇²u − γ∂u/∂t, integrated by leapfrog over the six-neighbour Laplacian. The cells that stand proud are emitters; each is an entry in the register below injecting pulses on its own period, and the fronts that cross and diffract are computed, not choreographed. Read the register the way the lattice works: what's emitted propagates, what's damped dies, and interference is where independent work meets.
§01 — The register
Five systems. One substrate. Real status, not inflated.
These are the systems we built for ourselves — the same stack this site runs on. Each entry names what it is and where it actually stands; a dossier sits behind every card.

Memory substrate · Foundation
Synapse Brain — 4DAM
Context-resident institutional memory — interrogative access, tenant-isolated brains, every fact carrying its evidence. It holds this firm's memory right now.

Persona workforce · Deployed
Synapse
Agents with real company identity — phone, email, clearance, guardrails — sharing one institutional memory. Staff, not scripts.

BLUE PHYR
Verified, cited answers for regulated work — unsupported claims get flagged, not fabricated. In the field, not in the lab.

Operator tier · Launching soon
AEGIS
Missions decomposed into verifiable graphs, run inside defined authority. The honest status is the label — the dossier says what 'launching' means.

Control plane · Early access
Cortex
Missions, research runs, deliverables, live trace, terminal — the layer that operates everything below it.

You're looking at the evidence — twenty-eight documents on Zod-validated schemas, each hero a computed instrument, each page carrying a JSON twin under /api/pages/. The product operates the brochure.

§02 — The anatomy of an engagement
Every engagement closes the same way.
Variations in scope, never in structure. This is the skeleton a 2SOLID engagement is built on — stated plainly because we intend to be held to it.
| 01Scope | Written · bounded · agreed | defined before work begins — never discovered mid-engagement |
|---|---|---|
| 02Deliverable | A named artifact | a system, a board, a design — deliverables are things, not hours |
| 03Verification | Method stated up front | review, test, or bring-up — named per engagement, before the work |
| 04Record | Engineering-grade | documented well enough to defend to a reviewer who wasn't in the room |
| 05Accountability | One team | the people who scoped it are the people who build it |
§03 — How an engagement runs.
Intake
You describe the system; we ask for what a scope actually needs — constraints, environment, and the test done must pass.
Scope
A written scope with deliverables and limitations. We qualify the work as carefully as the client qualifies us — capability is not obligation.
Build
Design and engineering under one roof — software, models, boards — one accountable team, no handoffs.
Verify and hand over
The named verification runs, the record closes, and the deliverable ships with its documentation — defensible to whoever reviews it next.
Bring a system, not a brief.
Describe what it must do and what done must survive — we'll tell you honestly whether we're the firm for it.
