Tell us what you're building. Engineering engagements, product questions, or early access to AEGIS — this is the front door for all of it.

§00 — The instrument above

The globe uses real coordinates.

The lattice is a lat/long sphere in true 3D projection; the nodes sit at real coordinates — Toronto at 43.65°N, 79.38°W is home — and the arcs between them are great circles, the paths signals actually take. The protocol below is built the same way: precise about what we need, indifferent to how it arrives.

§01 — Intake protocol

What a scopeable inquiry contains.

Engineering can't be scoped from adjectives. These are the parameters that let us answer with a real position — scope, a no, or the questions that come first.

§02 — Route

Which door does it go through?

  • Engineering services

Software, AI/ML, PCB & embedded, or product design — scoped with the engineers who would build it.

  • Products

Synapse deployment, BLUE PHYR integration, Cortex builds, or AEGIS early access.

  • Something else

Research, partnerships, or a problem that doesn't fit a box — unclassified problems are welcome here.

§03 — What happens after you write.

  • It is read by the people who would scope it

Every inquiry is reviewed against fit and jurisdiction — not queued behind a campaign.

  • We answer with a position

A scope, a referral, or a plain no. If we're not the firm for it, the reply says so — that's a deliverable too.

  • The scope is written

Deliverables, limitations, and the verification method are agreed in writing before work begins. Professional review and permitting requirements, where they apply, are handled by qualified professionals in the applicable jurisdiction.

§04 — The interface

The phone is the interface.

One direct line for everything — engineering, products, or the problem that doesn't fit a box. No form queue, no intake bot: you talk to the people who would scope it. Have your answers to the §01 rows ready and the call gets short fast.

§05 — Direct line

Call it like a scope.
