Last updated June 2026. Establishing technical boundaries and jurisdictional limitations.
1. Engineering & Technical Advisory
2 Solidae provides high-level engineering consultancy and structural analysis. Our technical deliverables are strictly advisory in nature unless explicitly stated in a signed Project Scope Agreement.
Information presented through our digital platforms or initial discovery sessions is intended for conceptual feasibility only. It does not constitute a professional engineering opinion or a certified design. No technical data should be utilized for active construction or industrial fabrication without secondary verification by a site-specific lead engineer.
2. Jurisdictional Licensing
Professional services offered by 2 Solidae are subject to the licensing requirements of the specific jurisdiction where the project resides.
- check_circle Licensing for structural and mechanical engineering varies by state, province, and country.
- check_circle Where required by law, professional sealing (PE/SE stamps) will be provided through licensed subsidiaries or partner firms.
- check_circle Engagement in one region does not imply professional standing or legal capacity to practice in others.
Construction Management
Construction advisory services provided by 2 Solidae do not replace the role of the General Contractor of Record. We act as independent technical auditors, ensuring fidelity to architectural intent and structural integrity.
Intellectual Property
All technical drawings, CAD files, and structural models remain the intellectual property of 2 Solidae until full transfer of rights is executed as per the Master Services Agreement.
4. Digital Visualization & Simulation
Renders, 3D visualizations, and digital twins are illustrative tools used to communicate spatial relationships and aesthetic direction. While we strive for absolute precision, these models are not intended for use as fabrication-ready documentation unless specified as “LOD 400” or higher in technical specifications.
Material properties and lighting simulations are based on mathematical models and may vary from real-world environmental conditions post-construction.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 2 SOLIDAE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE FITNESS OF ADVISORY DATA FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OUTSIDE OF DEFINED CONTRACTUAL DELIVERABLES.
Our liability for any professional error or omission is strictly limited to the professional fees paid for the specific project segment in question, as defined in our primary liability insurance policies.
