Engineer reviewing plans on a tablet at an active construction site.

About 2 Solidae

Advanced engineering. One standard.

A multidisciplinary engineering firm with more than twenty years of practice — we design, engineer, and build under one accountable team.

Who we are

One firm. Design, engineer, build.

2 Solidae is a Canadian multidisciplinary engineering firm. We work across Engineering, Product Design, and Construction — and we run them end to end: we engineer it, design the products that go in it, and build it.

That single line of accountability is the firm. When design, engineering, and construction live under one roof, there is no seam to fall through. We take on the work that fits — capability is not obligation — and we hold every deliverable to one bar.

The standard

Would a licensed professional engineer sign off on this?

That question governs everything we produce — a structural drawing, a product enclosure, a site handover, or this page. Every workflow is documented, repeatable, and quality-gated. Every deliverable must be defensible to a licensed professional, a regulatory body, or a court.

We are deliberately selective. The breadth of three pillars opens doors; the depth in each wins the work. Restraint is a signal — capability is demonstrated, never announced.

How we work

The buck stops with us.

Project management runs through all three pillars. BIM is a method, not a headline. Every project carries an engineering-grade record — disciplined, documented, and defensible.

01

Single accountability

Design, engineering, and construction under one firm — no architect to blame the engineer, no builder to blame the drawings. One team, one name on the result.

02

Deterministic delivery

Every workflow is documented, repeatable, and quality-gated. Output must stand up to professional review — not just pass a visual check.

03

Security-first practice

Client data, intellectual property, and credentials are protected at engineering-grade standards — the same rigor we apply to structural design.
